The Providence Fellowship is a selective two-year leadership training program that develops today’s college graduates into tomorrow’s urban Christian leaders. The fellowship is designed to bring together highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds and interests, and develop them into powerful kingdom builders for the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Throughout their two years in Denver, Fellows participate in extensive, continuous professional development both formally – through speakers, classes and projects – and informally through practicing their skill every day in a challenging urban work environment.
